General Project Description
The City of West Sacramento is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide structural assessment, feasibility analysis, and design services for the installation of an approximately 6,000 - 12,000-pound capacity rooftop crane at City Hall. The crane is intended to support ongoing building maintenance, equipment replacement, and general operational activities. The scope includes existing conditions verification, structural capacity assessment, crane system definition, crane pad and anchorage design, rooftop landing pad design, and identification of necessary structural upgrades, culminating in the preparation of construction documents and cost opinions.
