General Project Description

The West Sonoma County Union High School District is seeking to establish a pool of qualified contractors for providing construction and preliminary (preconstruction) services for various projects using the lease-leaseback delivery method. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will pre-qualify contractors for anticipated projects over a two-year period. The scope of work includes modernization projects, repairs, and upgrades across several school sites. Anticipated projects include: El Molino Campus Kitchen Modernization (code compliance, roofing, HVAC, site improvements); Analy Stadium and Bleacher Modernization (bleacher removal/replacement, turf field drainage/repairs, track replacement, amphitheater seating, site improvements); Analy East Wing Science Modernization and L1/L2 Project (classroom modernization/expansion, video production studios); Analy Café/Kitchen Modernization (modernization, plumbing, speed lines, snack bar, restrooms, covered eating area); Analy Main Gym Modernization; Analy Main Building Modernization; and District-Wide HVAC/Roofing projects.
