General Project Description
This project involves the demolition of two commercial/industrial buildings located at 3551 San Gabriel River Parkway. The scope includes the proper removal and disposal of all lead and asbestos materials in accordance with AQMD, state, and federal codes. Demolition and disposal of all existing structures, including walkway coverings/shade structures, are required, while existing concrete pads and foundations may remain in place as per plans. The contractor is also responsible for capping all utilities to and from the site according to project plans and obtaining all necessary AQMD, building, excavation, and encroachment permits. The work also includes site investigation, project scheduling, bringing the site to grade, layout, field survey, fencing, gates, hardware, and final cleaning.
