General Project Description

This is a Pre-Qualification Application for general contractors and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) subcontractors who intend to bid on public works projects for the William S. Hart Union High School District. Per Public Contract Code Section 20111.6, pre-qualification is mandatory for contracts valued at $1 million or more, funded either wholly or in part with State Facility Bond funds or State General Funds (including LCFF funds). The purpose of this application is to establish a list of approved contractors deemed qualified prior to submitting bids for future public works projects.
