General Project Description

This project involves modifying two bay doors at the City of Yuba City's Fleet Maintenance Building. The scope includes installing steel framing per plan around existing openings, saw-cutting and removing existing wall sections and door head jambs to create 14-foot door heights, removing and disposing of existing bay doors, guides, and related hardware, relocating any conflicting conduit, conductors, or other items necessary for the new door systems, installing new 12-foot wide by 14-foot tall roll-up bay doors (R&S Model No. DFM30 or equal), and installing/relocating door openers as necessary.
