General Project Description

This project involves the cleaning and testing of a 24-inch wastewater outfall pipe for the City of Yuba City Sanitary Sewer system at Station 828+55. The work includes mobilization, demobilization, and the cleaning of the wastewater outfall pipe vault. Pipe pressure testing is required following the Hydrostatic Testing procedure (AWWA C600 method), where the pressure shall not exceed 10 psi at the top of the levee and be held for at least two hours. Supporting documentation includes material certifications for various components such as resilient wedge gate valves, dismantling couplers, pressure gauges, and steel pipes with specific AWWA C200, C207, C213 standards for material and coatings.
