Yuba City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, GARDEN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: 1341-RFP-26. Work is to be performed near 1201 Civic Center Blvd, Yuba City, CA 95993, USA in Sutter County.

General Project Description

The City of Yuba City is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide geotechnical engineering services for the Garden Highway Improvements Project. The project involves improvements to the Garden Highway segment between Lincoln Road and Bogue Road, including roadway rehabilitation/reconstruction, pedestrian/bicycle enhancements, drainage improvements, signal/push button upgrades, and ADA-compliant curb ramps. The selected consultant will conduct a geotechnical investigation, including field investigations, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis, to characterize pavement sections, subsurface soil, and groundwater conditions, ultimately providing a Geotechnical Engineering Investigation Report with design and construction recommendations for earthwork and structural roadway improvements.
