General Project Description
The Zone 7 Water Agency requires comprehensive plumbing services on an as-needed basis. This includes inspection, cleaning (chain flail descaling and hydro-jetting), repair, and coating or sleeving of sewage drain piping systems at all Zone 7 Water Agency Facilities. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing wastewater systems and confined space entry. Tasks involve performing full inspections, identifying damages (obstructions, scaling, corrosion, leaks, root intrusion), cleaning using mechanical descaling and hydro-jetting, applying epoxy or polyurethane coatings or CIPP liners, repairing/replacing defective sections, reconnecting fixtures, pressure testing, and associated work like manhole repair and surface area restoration.
