General Project Description

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks a qualified contractor to provide preventative maintenance and as-needed services and repairs for two (2) Tank CTM-450-PF 30in Duplex Aqua-Sensor Water Softener Systems. The scope includes three (3) minor preventive maintenance visits, one (1) annual maintenance visit with specific component replacements, and additional as-needed repair and emergency services to ensure reliable system performance and compliance with operational standards.
