The scope involves identifying system performance criteria, building and calibrating a hydraulic model using InfoWater Pro 2026, conducting scenario analyses to develop improvement recommendations, and compiling a comprehensive Transmission System Plan Update (TSPU) report. This includes addressing current and future water demands, managing pressure, water quality, and storage requirements, and optimizing for peaking demand patterns across eastern Alameda County.
