General Project Description
The Zone 7 Water Agency seeks a qualified and reliable contractor to provide septic tank pumping services under a one-year Blanket Purchase Order (BPO), with an option for two (2) additional one-year extensions. The scope includes pumping waste from restroom/pump room floor drain tanks (0-3000 gallons), sample waste from online analyzers (approx. 1000 gallons), a 500-gallon above-ground septic tank at a lower maintenance trailer, and a 1500-gallon septic tank at 901 E. Vineyard Ave., Livermore, CA, as well as Chain of Lakes 1, 2655 El Charro Rd., Pleasanton, CA. The contractor must adhere to a two-business-day response time for routine calls and 24 hours for emergency calls, including weekends and holidays. All work must comply with federal, state, and local codes for waste disposal and site cleanup, requiring a current septic license and California Contractor's License pertinent to the scope of work.
