General Project Description

This informal Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks lump sum bids for the Chino Driveway Approach and ADA Improvements Project at the Chaffey College – Chino Campus. The project includes the demolition, removal, and construction of a new fire lane rated driveway approach along Eucalyptus Ave. Additionally, it involves ADA upgrades for existing handicap curb ramps, general site work, landscape installation, and irrigation system coordination and installation, all to be performed according to City of Chino standards.
