General Project Description
The project involves furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work to satisfactorily complete roof repair and replacement. This includes removing and replacing existing roofs with owner-provided materials at various buildings on the school campus, consistent with the SICE Roofing Projects Summer 2026 scope. The work also includes compliance with CalGreen requirements, construction waste management, temporary facilities and controls, quality control, testing and inspection, and adherence to prevailing wage laws and safety standards.
