General Project Description

This project involves interior improvements and reconfiguration within a 1,200 SF area on the 5th floor of the Administration Building Space Reconfiguration 5th Floor Dispatch Center in San Diego, California. The scope includes adjustments to existing modular workstation panels for accessibility, installation of new suspended acoustic ceilings, new LED dimmable lighting fixtures with controls, and updated ceiling diffusers and grills in the conference room. Additionally, the project requires painting finishes for existing perimeter and interior doors and replacement of carpeting. The total contract duration is 90 calendar days.
