General Project Description

This project is for the replacement of the Hillcrest Medical Center at the University of California, San Diego. DPR Construction, the awarded CM/Contractor, is soliciting subcontractors for prequalification. Phase 1 services include preconstruction and BIM Coordination. Prequalified subcontractors will then participate in the development of Phase 2 construction, which involves significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work for a new hospital facility and a Central Utility Plant (CUP).
