General Project Description

This is a prequalification advertisement for subcontractors for the Hillcrest Medical Center Replacement (HMCR) project, specifically for Hospital Prefabricated Restrooms (Wave 1.1). Phase 1 services include preconstruction (design documents, estimating, BIM coordination).
