General Project Description
The University of California, San Diego, is soliciting prequalification from California Licensed C-10 Electrical Contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) focused on general electrical renovation, replacement, and modernization projects. Work will be performed across existing facilities and structures within occupied university or institutional campus environments, including research laboratories. The scope involves electrical upgrades, expansions, and modernizations that may require proactive solutions to manage noise, dust, and pedestrian traffic, as well as flexible scheduling to accommodate campus operations. The contract excludes OSHPD work, and projects managed by Capital Project Management or Campus Housing & Dining.
