General Project Description

This project is a prequalification for subcontractors for the Medical Center La Jolla - Outpatient Pavilion project at UC San Diego, managed by Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. as the Construction Manager/Contractor. The scope includes various construction contracts divided into bid packages such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Low Voltage, Fire Sprinklers, Exterior Skin/Glass & Glazing, Elevators, Metal Stud Framing/Drywall & Metal Panels, Pneumatic Tube, and Shoring. Subcontractors will sign agreements directly with Rudolph and Sletten, Inc.
