General Project Description

The County of Alameda is inviting all licensed contractors to apply for inclusion on their 2026 Qualified Contractors List for informal procurements conducted under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (UPCCAA). Contractors on this list will receive email notifications for informal bid projects valued under $220,000. Registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and a public works contractor registration number are mandatory for listing and contract awards.
