General Project Description
The County of Alameda is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a three-year contract, with an option to renew for two additional years, to provide comprehensive servicing and repair for station generators across 30 Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) stations. The scope of work includes annual service inspections, preventative maintenance, oil and filter changes, full functional tests of automatic transfer switches (ATS) with optional load bank tests, emergency callback services, and repairs by factory-trained technicians on various makes and models of diesel and natural gas engine-driven generators. Contractors must possess a valid California C-10 Electrical Contractor's license and adhere to all state and federal regulations, including those from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD).
