Alameda County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services (Bridging Documents) for Alameda County Fire Stations 24 & 26, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-04. Work is to be performed near 6363 Clark Ave, Dublin, CA 94568, USA in Alameda County.

General Project Description

The project seeks Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services to develop "Bridging Documents" for the design-build delivery of two new Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) fire stations (Station 24 & 26). The scope includes demolition and reconstruction for Station 24 on its existing parcel, and construction of Station 26 on a nearby parcel, with a temporary fire station design also required for Station 24. A/E services will encompass architectural, structural, civil, geotechnical, landscape architecture, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, communication, security, access control, emergency backup power, diesel fuel system, surveying, and cost estimating. Deliverables will include 100% Schematic Level design documents, narratives, electronic media (CAD, Revit, 3D renderings), statements of probable construction cost, and design schedules, all intended to facilitate subsequent design-build procurements.
