General Project Description
The City of Milpitas is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide stormwater inspection services at commercial and industrial facilities for a period of up to five (5) years. This project is part of the City's Industrial and Commercial Site Controls Program, fulfilling requirements of the Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit (MRP) NPDES Order No. R2-2022-0018. The scope of work includes scheduling and conducting annual stormwater inspections (300-400 businesses per fiscal year) based on priority status, documenting all inspection data in the City’s Lucity data management system, providing educational outreach materials, performing follow-up inspections for identified violations, and contributing to the City’s annual Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit report.
