General Project Description

This maintenance project involves the removal and replacement of existing portland cement concrete curb & gutters, sidewalks, driveway approaches, accessible ramps, asphalt pavement adjacent to concrete work, flat work, and tree root barriers. The primary focus is on addressing drainage issues and public safety hazards caused by displacements in existing concrete curb & gutter and sidewalks. The work includes waste diversion, various types of curbing and sidewalk removal and replacement, curb ramp installation, park strip improvements, root barrier installation, and asphalt removal/replacement. All work must be performed in strict compliance with the Contract Documents and the specified standard drawings and specifications.
