General Project Description

This project involves comprehensive grounds maintenance and turf management services. The scope includes regular upkeep of programmed turf areas, infield and outfield turf, and bullpen facilities. Key tasks include debris pickup, mowing, edging, aeration, infill management, overseeding, weed removal and abatement, rodent and pest control, irrigation system maintenance, repair and re-leveling of turf areas, and pathway inspection. Services are to be performed at various frequencies including weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
