Coronado City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Coronado Cays Park Dog Park Fencing Project, identified under Solicitation ID: 26-CO-EN-1111. Work is to be performed near 1825 Strand Way, Coronado, CA 92118, USA in San Diego County.

General Project Description

This project involves the installation of 1,100 linear feet of owner-furnished 48-inch high fencing and associated gates (five single swing 48-inch wide gates and two double swing 84-inch wide gates) at the Coronado Cays Park Dog Park. The new fencing and gates, including foundations, are to be installed in alignment with a new ten-inch wide, four-inch thick mowing strip. The project also requires the relocation of existing irrigation lines and sprinkler heads, along with associated grass replacement as needed. The park will remain operational during working hours, except for immediate areas surrounding active work zones. Earthwork, concrete work for footings and mowing strips, and site clearing are integral parts of the project.
