Corona City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, CITY PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT, identified under Solicitation ID: PROJECT NO. FC-2024-07 RFQ NO. 26-015CA. Work is to be performed near 735 Public Safety Way, Corona, CA 92878, USA in Riverside County.

General Project Description

The City Park Rebuild project aims to revitalize Corona's oldest park, City Park, spanning 20.54 acres at 930 E. Sixth Street. This extensive redevelopment includes the construction of a 70,000 sq ft Community Center, a 9,000 sq ft Aquatic Center with a lap pool and activity pool, and additional recreational features such as a 150,000 sq ft multi-use field, splashpad, playground, basketball courts, and a skate park. Infrastructure improvements will involve new parking lots with EV chargers, a reclaimed water system, comprehensive park lighting, landscaping, irrigation, signage, and security cameras. The project also includes Wi-Fi and broadcasting capabilities across the site.
