General Project Description

This solicitation aims to establish an "As-Needed" agreement with a contractor for asphalt repair services for the City of Corona Utility Department's facilities and for emergency watermain or sewer main repairs throughout the City. The scope includes minor asphalt repairs and maintenance, such as saw cutting, removal of temporary asphalt, installation of hot patch, necessary striping, and asphalt grinding with overlay. Unit prices will encompass the removal and lawful disposal of existing asphalt, subgrade preparation, compaction, and adjustments to adjacent infrastructure (e.g., utility covers, irrigation systems). Major rehabilitation or new asphalt paving projects are excluded from this scope.
