Fullerton City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, E Santa Fe Parking Lot Rehabilitation, identified under Solicitation ID: 55067. Work is to be performed near 303 W Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832, USA in Orange County.
General Project Description
This project involves the rehabilitation of an existing public parking lot, including but not limited to, demolition and removal of existing concrete curbs, sidewalks, gutters, and asphalt concrete pavement. New construction will include accessible pedestrian ramps with handrails, curbs, gutters, decorative sidewalks, asphalt concrete pavement, pavement striping, signage, and adjustment of valve boxes. The scope also covers water pollution control, pipeline system rehabilitation, temporary traffic control, street lighting, traffic signal systems, landscaping, irrigation repair, and asphalt concrete recycling. All work must adhere to the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Greenbook), 2024 Edition, and Caltrans Standard Specifications where applicable.
