Fullerton City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, ON-CALL CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) REVIEW & ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: RFP #2526-RFP-009. Work is to be performed near 303 W Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832, USA in Orange County.

General Project Description

The City of Fullerton is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants and firms to provide on-call, as-needed professional environmental consulting services to its Planning Division. The primary purpose is to support the City's review of private development projects, as well as City-initiated or sponsored projects, by preparing, reviewing, and providing support for environmental documentation in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This scope includes Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Initial Studies (IS), Negative Declarations (ND/MND), Addenda, and CEQA Exemption Documentation. Consultants will also conduct various technical analyses (e.g., aesthetics, air quality, biological resources, cultural resources, energy, geology, hazards, hydrology, land use, noise, population/housing, public services, recreation, transportation), provide comprehensive project management, prepare and process environmental documents, support public review and hearings, and offer independent peer review and advisory services. All work must adhere to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, CEQA Guidelines, court decisions, and City policies.
