Amador County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Fiddletown Road Pavement Rehabilitation, identified under Solicitation ID: Bid No. 25-06. Work is to be performed near Fiddletown Rd, California, USA in Amador County.
General Project Description
This project involves the pavement rehabilitation of Fiddletown Road within Amador County. The scope of work includes mobilization, demobilization, bonds, insurance, permits, and comprehensive pavement work such as cold planing of asphalt concrete, full depth cement reclamation, hot mix asphalt application (various types and leveling courses), shoulder backing, and installation of pavement interlayer (TENSAR GLASSGRID 8511) and pavement base geosynthetic (TENSAR NXAC). Additionally, the project requires installation of right edge and centerline striping, stop bars, and "STOP" text pavement markings. Supporting activities include portable changeable message signs, sign installation for one lane conditions, traffic control systems, construction surveying, materials testing (quality control), Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) implementation, and temporary erosion and dust control.
