General Project Description

The scope of work encompasses excavation, extensive clearing and grubbing, embankment reconstruction, installation of soil-filled rock slope protection, temporary creek diversion and dewatering, implementation of temporary traffic control measures, hydroseeding for erosion control, and subsequent pavement reconstruction.
