General Project Description

Contra Costa County's Public Works Department Facilities Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for on-call signage design, fabrication, and installation services over a five-year period. The scope includes site assessment, concept development, mock-ups, final design for interior and exterior signage, equipment rental, fabrication using durable, high-quality materials, and on-site installation, including any necessary permits and coordination with facility staff. The awarded vendor will also be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing signs, maintaining clean work sites, and repairing any damage caused by staff, requiring a post-installation walk-through with a County representative to identify and correct errors for satisfaction of the County.
