General Project Description

Contra Costa County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide window coverings and privacy curtains, along with associated services, for the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and County Health Centers. The scope of work includes furnishing, installation, removal, replacement, repair, laundering, and maintenance of various types of window coverings and privacy curtains. All materials must be healthcare-grade, fire-resistant, antimicrobial, and comply with California, NFPA, and healthcare regulatory standards, including low-VOC materials. Services may be on a scheduled or as-needed basis, covering routine replacement cycles and emergency/expedited requests.
