General Project Description

This project involves replacing the existing Wildcat Creek fish ladder with a new concrete step pool system and constructing a roughened ramp channel with grouted boulders and deflection bollards. The scope also includes desilting and expanding the sediment basin, constructing RSP training berms with plant tubes, building access platforms, regrading the basin area, reconstructing a gravel trail, and modifying the upstream channel by replacing a grouted rock section with gravel and fines in the North Richmond area. Additionally, the work encompasses shoring, stream diversion, and dewatering operations.
