General Project Description
The Oxnard Union High School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (RFQ #716) from qualified firms to establish a pool of construction management services consultants. The selected firms will provide comprehensive construction management services for the District's future facilities projects, potentially funded through its Measure E bond program. The scope encompasses pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, including design coordination, constructability review, cost estimating, scheduling, construction supervision and coordination, contract administration, quality control, safety program monitoring, agency interface (e.g., DSA, OPSC), permit assistance, project record documentation, change order management, punch list development, staff training, and project close-out. The CM will ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including prevailing wage requirements and storm water pollution prevention plans for underlying construction projects.
