Oxnard Union High School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Inspection Services, identified under Solicitation ID: RFQ #717. Work is to be performed near 1800 Solar Dr floor 2, Oxnard, CA 93030, USA in Ventura County.
General Project Description
The Oxnard Union High School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for construction inspection services for various ongoing capital facility projects, which include new construction, renovation, reconstruction, program-wide, infrastructure, and/or maintenance projects. The selected firm(s) will be added to a pool of qualified firms from which specific project task orders for Inspector of Record (IOR) duties will be issued on an as-needed basis. Services will encompass ensuring compliance with DSA-approved construction documents, applicable building codes, state regulations (Title 24, California Code of Regulations), and District standards.
