General Project Description

This project entails the renovation of Mossdale Landing Park and Valverde Park for the City of Lathrop. The general scope of work includes the construction of splashpads with recirculating systems, associated utility and electrical work, renovation of play areas with rubber surfacing, installation of a basketball court, baseball field infield improvements, a dumpster enclosure, pedestrian pathways, planting, and irrigation improvements. The project also covers comprehensive site work such as demolition, earthwork, grading, trenching, backfilling, site concrete work, unit masonry, metal and hardware installation, and site drainage utilities. The Contractor is responsible for supplying all labor, materials, and equipment as per the construction documents and standard specifications.
