General Project Description
Contractor shall install a University-furnished Computed Tomography (CT) system in Room 1604J at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. The scope of work shall include the demolition of improvements in the way of the proposed work; installation of equipment, anchoring and framing; modifications to building mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems to support the program; modifications to nurse call, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and security systems; testing and balancing; and repairs to building finishes impacted by the work. Shielding in the rooms shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor. Please refer to the HCAI-approved drawings, TIO, and specifications for the complete scope of work
