General Project Description

The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is seeking qualified Parking Consultants to conduct comprehensive condition assessments of existing campus parking structures and lots. The primary purpose is to develop a long-range Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for UCLA Parking Service. The consulting services will involve evaluating structural integrity, materials performance, and functional layouts; identifying critical repairs, modernization needs, and long-term maintenance strategies; preparing an asset management plan; developing phased project implementation sequences; and providing reliable cost forecasting. Additional services may include seismic evaluation and retrofit, restoration and expansion planning, ADA surveys of existing facilities, and general parking design and planning.
