General Project Description

The Mojave Unified School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the district-wide removal and replacement of existing roofing systems. This project encompasses eighteen (18) bungalow roofs located throughout district sites in Mojave and California City. The scope involves removing existing low-slope asphalt roofing systems, conducting necessary repairs and preparation of the roof deck (including fascia boards), and installing new 20-year warrantable 60-mil TPO roofing systems. The work requires furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services in accordance with contract documents, manufacturer specifications, and all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
