General Project Description

This project involves significant improvements to the Union Mine Wastewater Treatment Facility Digester. The successful bidder will be responsible for cleaning the digester by removing all free liquid and jetting solids from the aeration header piping and sludge feed piping. The core work includes furnishing and installing 144 Xylem Sanitaire brand D24 316L (or equal) Stainless Steel Air Diffusers. Additionally, the project requires inspection of the existing aeration system and the floating decanter, followed by the furnishing and installation of any defective parts identified in accordance with the Attachment A – Scope of Work.
