Calaveras County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES For the Calaveras County District Attorney's Office Building, identified under Solicitation ID: RFP # 25-1040-08-958. Work is to be performed near 891 Mountain Ranch Rd building d, San Andreas, CA 95249, USA in Calaveras County.

General Project Description

The County of Calaveras is soliciting proposals for independent, licensed, professional consultant firms to provide Construction Management Services for the new estimated 5,800 square foot District Attorney's Office Building. The services include construction administration oversight, daily inspection, survey quality control, environmental monitoring coordination, bid support, preconstruction services, quality control, quality assurance, administration of the construction contract, and inspection. The successful consultant will provide a Construction Manager (CM) who will also function as the Resident Engineer (RE), representing the County's interests throughout the project.
