General Project Description

This project is for citywide pavement repair and rehabilitation, Phase 2 of the 2025 program. The work includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the repair and replacement of concrete at various locations throughout the City of Santee. Specific tasks involve asphalt patching, crack sealing, concrete work, asphalt overlay, slurry seal application, traffic control, subgrade preparation, roadway surfacing, concrete and masonry construction, traffic striping, curb and pavement markings, pavement markers, existing improvements protection and restoration (including cold milling), and utility coordination.
