General Project Description

This project, Phase 4 of the Madden Creek Water System Improvement, involves upgrading water infrastructure across various streets in Homewood, Placer County, California, including Sans Souci Terrace, Sacramento Avenue, Cherry Street, Fern Street, Oak Street, Trout Street, and Silver Street. The scope includes the installation, replacement, and abandonment of fully restrained C900-DR14 PVC and HDPE water lines of various diameters (8", 12", 14"), along with associated fittings such as DIP tees, gate valves (GV), fire hydrant assemblies (FH), air release valve (ARV) assemblies, and elbows.
