General Project Description

This project involves providing all necessary labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals to remove the existing composite roof and install a new composite roof system on the Administrative Building. The scope includes, but is not limited to, underlayment, an ice melt system, metal flashing, trim, new composite shingles, replacement of existing skylights, installation of new sun tunnels, and chimney improvements.
