General Project Description

The Gavilan Joint Community College District is soliciting qualifications from highly qualified and experienced architecture firms to establish a pool or bench of firms. These firms will provide future design services, including planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiations support, and construction administration for small (up to $100,000), medium ($100,000 - $1M), and large (over $1M) capital, Measure X bond, and state-funded maintenance projects across the District's various campuses. The services pool is for architectural design and related consulting for institutions of higher learning.
