General Project Description
This project involves the relocation of a 36-inch recycled water pipeline at the intersection of I-5 Segment 2 and Culver Drive. The scope of work includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, methods, tools, and machinery for the construction and completion of the pipeline relocation. Key activities encompass site preparation, coordinating shutdowns and water disposal with the District, potholing utilities, constructing new pipeline, traffic control, excavation, backfill, compaction, erosion control, disposal of excess excavated material, disinfection, cleanup, pavement replacement and restoration, and installation of temporary facilities and controls to protect the public and existing utilities. Contractor compliance with prevailing wage laws, safety procedures, and environmental regulations is required.
