General Project Description
The City of Alameda is seeking proposals for a 5-Year On-Call Plumbing Maintenance services contract. The selected contractor will provide routine, preventive, and emergency plumbing services for approximately 76 City-owned facilities. The work includes troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of leaks, clogs, and water pressure issues; repair and installation of plumbing fixtures; maintenance of domestic hot water and natural gas piping systems; testing and certification of backflow prevention assemblies; and support for code compliance upgrades and water efficiency improvements. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis.
