General Project Description

The City of Alameda, California, is seeking a Residential Property Management Service Provider to manage City-owned or controlled residential properties at Alameda Point. The scope of work includes comprehensive tenant relations, customer service, financial management (rent collection, budgeting, reporting), property maintenance coordination (repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, landscaping oversight), legal and administrative compliance (Fair Housing Act, local ordinances, licenses), and active participation in city meetings related to property development. The provider will oversee approximately 62 residential units.
