General Project Description

The project involves turf field corrections at Tuli Mem Park Field Corrections. The base bid scope includes mobilization, general conditions, site protection (temporary construction fencing and tree protection), grading and drainage (trench drains, drainage cleanouts), planting (hollow tine coring, verticutting, fertilizer, overseeding, topdressing, sod replacement at French drain locations), and a 90-day maintenance period. An alternate bid for soccer field regrading is also included, which encompasses the removal of irrigation laterals and rotors, skinning and removal of existing turf, topsoil import and grading, installation of new lateral lines and salvaged rotors, soil preparation, finish grading, and turf hydroseeding, with a corresponding deduction from the base bid planting items. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, disposal, and all other required services to complete the work.
